Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6: 00 PM PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break Monday to Friday
 
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
Be well-spoken, responsible  and professional
Experience with lead generation preferred
Knowledge of the janitorial industry is a plus

Responsibilities:
Generate leads through all online means to reach client's target market
Use a consultative sales approach to educate, solve problems, and sell the services that fit our clients' needs
Following up on sales leads 
Reviewing and assessing properties
Providing quotes, explaining the services that our company offers
Managing accounts
Communicating and building relationships with our potential and current clients.
Creating contracts
Keeping track of all leads
Sending invoices
