Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering, Business, Marketing and other relevant courses.
Candidate must have at least 3 years of Training or Recruitment experience
Result-driven and Customer Care-driven
Highly creative and highly initiative
Able to train, coach and mentor a team of dynamic sales force
Proficient in using and moving recruitment platforms
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure complete Sales force in all time
Designs Sales Training module
Conduct continuous training and development to Sales Force
Train and recruit new sales team
Incharge of Sales Force recruitment function
