Job Description
General Duties
Training assistants are professionals with excellent customer service skills who can juggle multiple tasks at once and manage many different projects and schedules at the same time. Responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to training programs, coordinates with trainers and obtains and distributes instructional material (if needed), communicates schedules and answers routine inquiries regarding schedules, training locations etc. Manages the training data base to produce reports on training statistics
Detailed Duties
. Manage elearning program development from concept through implementation.
. Assist with editing and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
. Perform all necessary administrative functions for training
. Utilize email and social media in order to disseminate training information throughout the sales force.
. Prepare and Conduct basic training sessions, guide discussions, and classroom practical training exercises
Professional Eligibility
PRC License is an advantage
Skills
. X years of experience as a Sales Training Specialist or similar role
. basic knowledge of the training and sales process and best practices
. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
. Team player
. Good time-management skills
. Great interpersonal and communication skills
. Graduate in Education, Sales, Human Resources or similar relevant field
