Detailed Duties
. Work with Accredited sellers / walk in customers or their representatives in planning and project selection
. Possess a professional, knowledgeable, positive and energetic attitude
. Uses strong consultative sales skills and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to hook the customer into purchasing an SMDC Project that best suits their needs
. Assist manager in marketing, promo and discount campaigns released by management
. Maintain accurate and organized files
. Work with and collaborate with SMDC inter departments to assist in following up with client concerns
. Read and understand floor layouts & SDP's to cater to customer inquiries and needs
. Assist with special projects such as special events onsite
. Maintain the Showroom as a professional place of business
. Follow company policies and procedures
. Other duties as assigned

Able to work in a sales & fast paced environment, mastery in MS programs.
Education
College Graduate - Preferably marketing or any related course
Experience
Strong Customer service background
Responsibility
To assure that sales force complies with showroom code of ethics & is not limited to real time sales support to sellers/broker/sales partners and potential client/s needs and inquiries for existing projects/promos and policies
