As a Senior Sales Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment (15 to 20 successful hires per month), your main role is to oversee the entire recruiting process. This includes identifying, developing, and implementing effective recruitment and sourcing strategies to build teams and organizations. You play a pivotal role in finding exceptional talent by nurturing relationships and employing creative and innovative sourcing techniques. Your focus is on ensuring a top-notch experience for potential talent and serving as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers. The ideal candidate is smart, resourceful, service-oriented, possesses a strong presence, and has experience in helping companies grow while continuously improving the recruiting process.
This is a work-from-home set up and partly a graveyard shift 3PM - 12AM ( Philippine Time).
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leaders to offer strategic insights on compensation, market trends, recruiting metrics, and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Introduce inventive solutions that transform our approach to talent acquisition.
Establish yourself as a subject matter expert, sought after by business leaders for advice and support.
Provide data-driven insights to business leaders to enhance our recruiting procedures and strategies.
Take charge of the recruitment process by serving as a consultant to guide managers, creating interview guides, feedback forms, managing interview planning, debrief sessions, and coaching interview teams in behavior-based interviewing techniques.
Sourcing great talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Social Media and other hiring platforms
Manage open job requisitions, meet recruiting metrics, and communicate key achievements using data. Additionally, share industry insights, market overviews, and trends with team members and business leaders.
Collaborate with the Talent Team on various projects aligning with our strategic team goals.
Balance strategic hiring practices with a sense of urgency and thoughtful execution.
Collect and communicate data-driven insights to educate leaders about the talent market and promote diversity.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle Sales recruiting experience in high-volume settings, with a focus on building high-performing teams in a business and consumer phone service solutions company.
A background in Sales would be advantageous.
The ability to navigate the needs of the company, managers, employees, and candidates.
Expertise in both hands-on involvement and shaping and improving standards, processes, systems, and training, including developing new recruiting programs.
Results-oriented, self-starting individual who enjoys working independently with minimal support and direction.
Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Demonstrated capability to generate enthusiasm among prospective candidates.
Strong organizational and process-oriented skills, as well as superior communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Comfortable identifying, engaging, and securing passive Sales candidates.
Results-oriented with exceptional research and sourcing skills.
A passion for aspects of company growth beyond recruiting, and a willingness to contribute to these areas.
