JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Clean shelves, counters and tables.  
Help customers try on or fit merchandise.  Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Compute sales prices and total purchases.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Male/Female
Candidate must have reached at least 2nd year college level
Must have pleasing personality and must be highly skilled in dealing with people, self motivated, hardworking and result oriented
Experience in retail sales is an advantage
Candidate must be proactive and flexible
Understands the value of customer service
Honest and dependable
Applicants who worked at Adidas, Nike, Fila, etc. is an advantage
Will be assigned at SM Davao Ecoland and Robinson's Abreeza
