SALES PERSONNEL
Purpose:
Make outbound sales calls
Responsible in providing the appropriate publishing and/or marketing packages to potential customers
Meet the standard KPI set by the management on a monthly basis
Hit the required quota
Skills Required:
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent in oral and email communication skills
Able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team
Computer literate
English communication
Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years of BPO experience
Telesales or telemarketing experience
Fresh graduate of any Business related course but marketing graduate is highly recommended
Excellent communication skills
Benefits:
Basic Salary + Up to 30% commission
