This position will be based in Davao, Philippines.
POSITION OVERVIEW
To develop and execute sales strategy in territory by identifying opportunities, creating sales pitch as well as providing technical expertise, maintaining and developing strategic account to achieve sales and CM target.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Identify opportunities, develop plans and sales pitch to win sales.
Provide technical expertise to customers by solving technical issues for applications, product, CTQ or other technical related problems.
Maintain close relationship with customers and key account.
Work closely with finance and operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively.
Locate new opportunity in covered regions and seize new business via value selling to increase market share of H.B. Fuller.
Improve customer satisfaction and increase value of H.B. Fuller.
Work together with technical department and technical service to reach budget for business in the assigned sales area.
Prepare and submit accurate monthly business sales report, project update report and sales forecast on a timely basis as required by Sales Manager.
Perform other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of experience as Sales Executive with strong technical knowledge in adhesives, OEM applicators or packaging industry.
Understand the application of adhesives and eager to do sales and technical service.
Experience in forecasting and monitoring of order and delivery, both domestic and import.
Experience in dealing with delivery, quality, finance, warehouse, and operations team of the customers.
Experience in dealing with several key accounts for various locations.
Possess own vehicle with a valid driving license - willing to drive long distance, i.e., 4 hours on daily basis and stay overnight in hotel.
Language proficiency: Tagalog, English and local dialect of Visayas.
Attitude: accountable, independent, self-starter, proactive, and customer oriented.
Computer literacy and good negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
