JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients. 
Sell various types of HMO (health card) policies to businesses and individuals 
Manage quota and agency expectations. 
Meet and deliver policies to clients and explain coverages. 
Prepare OR, Remittance Reports, and process commissions. Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze health care programs and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries. 
Customize HMO programs to suit individual customers, 
often covering a variety of risks. 
Various sales activities
JOB QUALIFICATION
Part-time / Commission based
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma in any field.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
No work experience required.
Required Skill(s): sales, marketing, insurance
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Sales - Financial Services (HMO, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
