We are looking for someone special with extensive experience in an office support role with a particular focus on data entry.
Our company is a fast-paced hive of action. We are seeking an equally enthusiastic, driven individual with the data entry skills to enter sales orders accurately and with expediency. To be successful in this role, you MUST fit the following criteria:
Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Processing orders and customer enquiries via phone or online
• Providing information to customers on all aspects of their order; including estimated delivery times; pricing; availability
• Data entry with quotes, purchase orders and invoices
• Organising delivery of orders Australia wide
• Ongoing customer service
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely response and delivery of products
Please highlight in your cover letter and/or resume if you have had any experience in the plumbing or bathroom ware industry, as this would be highly regarded.
Our company uses PRONTO therefore any experience with this software would be highly advantageous.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales support experience in an administration team

• Brilliant speed and accuracy in terms of data entry with a strong attention to detail
• A polished, matured disposition with exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
• Intelligence and must be well presented
• Ability to be a fast paced person who excels in a busy, demanding work environment

• Ability to demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills
• Confident self-starter / "doer"
• A positive "can-do" attitude
• Ability to be relied upon to work autonomously and get the job done
