SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
(Location: Cagayan de Oro City)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is responsible for managing the field sales operation of the specified geographical area towards the achievement of sales plans and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any 4-year business-related course;
Must have at least 5 years selling experience specializing to van selling, key accounts and other channel of distribution preferably in FMCG industry.
Experience in handling General Trade Sales Operations is also an advantage.
Knows how to drive (at least RC License #: 12);
Excellent leadership competencies;
Proficient in MS Application (Word, Excel and Powerpoint presentation)
Willing to travel within areas of Mindanao
