Primary Responsibilities:
Accommodate walk-in, corporate and travel agency ticket requirements in the assigned ticket office.
Investigates complaints by clients, prepare reports and make recommendations to the Supervisor, Sales Operation.
Coordinates with other organizational division (e.g. Sales, Airports, Guest Service, etc.) regarding group/client's needs and requests.
Maintains appropriate documents for the assigned ticket office/s necessary to assure proper implementation of ticket issuance and sales reports.
Ensures that all Accountable Forms are issued in chronological ascending order without missing any serial number; monitors and ensures that all used and unused Accountable Forms are sales reported and accounted for.
Collect all payments and relative to the ticket issuance / finalization of booking
Ensures that the sales collections and change fund of the assigned ticket office are complete/intact. All sales collections deposited the next banking day.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, and the like
Preferably with at least 1 yearexperience in customer service related roles
Knowledge in reservation systems (such as SkySpeed) is an advantage.
Previous training in customer service and quality management is a plus.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays (dependent on roster schedule)
Must have good communication skills (oral/written) and is computer literate
Service and goal oriented; strong leadership skills
Good customer service orientation
Strong tolerance to difficult situation/s

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based at the Cebu Mactan International Airport and works onsite from 0800H-1700H.
