Ensures that booked sales target of assigned projects are achieved through generation of the required .reservation and committed sales.
Manages the cost-to-sales ratio in accordance with the prescribed policies and standards of the company.
Ensures the productivity and efficiency of subordinates and sales force.
ensures the complete organizational make up of the sales channel.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 7 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
