Responsibilities & Skills
Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Sales Operations Support Analyst to join the Sales Operations team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.
Accountabilities:
Perform analysis to confirm that data created is in accordance with data quality standards thus maintaining data integrity of information stored in OSC
Collaborate with cross-functional team by resolving any discrepancy of information on customer accounts and opportunities through intensive research.
Support established processes and procedures related to the collection and accuracy of data.
Make recommendations to support continuous improvement of data quality and validation processes.
Handle concerns and provide appropriate solutions in collaboration with others within the time limits.
Drive consistent usage of CRM system and adherence to sales processes.
Act as a point-of-resource to all the other departments in the company relating to the CRM software.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1-year relevant experience in sales operations support / sales role is preferred
Excellent English communication skills in oral and written.
Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions.
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.
Experience in Oracle Sales Cloud or any CRM platform is a plus.
High attention to detail and concern for accuracy
