Your Challenge
Asa Sales Operation Professionalyou will support the Sale Operation function in the following main activities:
Optimize and streamline sales processes, working with the Sales Director for the efficiency of the Digital Industry sales organization
Identify metrics/indicators that align with sales growth strategies and use the data insight to design, govern & measure process, methodology & profitability improvements
Implement sales strategies together with other Digital Industry functions in line with the company strategic programs
Coordinate and implement the sales incentive plan roll out and monitoring
Required entry qualifications:
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background
Economics or Engineering Degree
Proficiency in English and Italian
Understanding of data analytics scope and used to drive sales efficiency, with data driven attitude
Handling complexity, with effective collaboration in networks across businesses and functions
Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a changing environment
Passion to never-stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
