Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive franchise sales for our exciting brands, including Island Tea Co., Ceylon Coffee Club, and Belly Mucho. You will handle inquiries, promote opportunities, and close deals by building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inquiries about franchising our brands via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase franchise benefits, requirements, and support.
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and guide clients through the franchising process.
Travel as needed (local and regional) to meet clients for contract signing, site visits, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to franchise expansion goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in franchising, real estate, or B2B services.
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
Amenable to frequent travel (local and regional)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong negotiation and
relationship-building skills.
