JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Call and visit potential customers by product presentation and encourage purchases.
Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Report to the Sales Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.
Participate and attend conferenced and functions where the promotion of the company's products and services is possible, must be prepared to give sales presentations.
Provide customers with price quotations and/or package rates according to the client's need.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
