The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery Auto here in the Philippines is in need of:
Sales and Distribution Officer
Minimum Qualifications
A graduate of any business course.
With at least 3 years experience in automotive industry
Knowledgeable in automotive
Good in analytical, communication, problem solving and report preparation
Must be self-driven and has strong determination
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for monitoring the units inventory and allocation to dealers. Communicates to dealers on their sales order and unit allocation. Wholesale, Inventory and retail monitoring/ update.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In charge of updating & monitoring of unit allocation and pre-allocation of dealers. Including all incoming units for dealers' allocation and VIP customers.
2. Monitors and checks actual inventory of units both for UAAGI-Chery units and dealers unit.
3. Sending of Dealer Pre-Allocation.
4. Timely processes dealers order and creating sales orders via the peach tree system.
5. Creation of sales order, quotation & pull-out via COS (Chery One System) for dealers ordering.
6. Updating the pre plan allocation at COS (Chery One System)
7. In charge of processing dealer's unit order, receiving purchase order and securing payment of dealers before unit invoicing and pullout.
8. Coordination with finance, warehouse, PDI, logistics, carrier supplier, dealer and shipment agency for processing and scheduling unit shipment and transfer.
9. Finalization of delivery/ pull-out and release schedule of units to dealers.
10. Reporting wholesale and retail summary.
11. Report of ongoing booking.
12. Closely monitors Dealer's Sales performance by pushing dealers and trough constant communication with them.
13. Processes the following reports:
- Inventory Report
- Wholesale Report
- Retail Sales Report
- Scorecard of dealers
14. Ensures that all units are properly tagged and allocated according to FIFO.
15. Ensures proper swapping of units according to on hand and ready PO/ payment of dealers.
16. Provide list of all the units wholesale by dealers for CSR request of Sales and Distribution Assistant.
17. Answering inquiries of customers in Chery official IG account.
