SALES OFFICER
REPORTING TO: Krishna (Sales) and Michelle (Marketing)
RESPONSIBLE FOR: To sell and promote MaGNA CMGN Solutions’ products to architects, engineers, interior designers and other relevant professionals.
JOB PURPOSE: The position “Sales Officer - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc.” consists of persuading potential customers to purchase MaGNA CMGN products and services and identifying prospective business opportunities for Magna CMGN.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Selling the Magna CMGN’s products and services to architects, engineers, interior designers and other relevant professionals.
Developing an in-depth understanding of Magna CMGN’s products and services.
Generating leads and following up on leads generated by the company.
Preparing presentations for potential customers.
Answering clients questions about company’s terms, products, prices and availability.
Prepares target account lists for itinerary report
All other appropriate duties as and when required by MNA.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- The Sales Officer - MaGNA CMGN Solutions Inc. will work under the supervision of Krishna (Sales) and Michelle (Marketing) but will also be expected to work under their own initiative. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance relationship with all the customers and staff.
HOURS OF WORK
- Monday to Saturday - 9am to 6pm
- Report to MAGNA Showroom Streetscape Banilad
QUALIFICATION:
- College Graduate. Preferably Business/Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or any related course.
- Preferably with related work experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills
- Computer literate
- PHILGEPS and government bidding an advantage
SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
- Php 400-600 a day depending on experience and deliberation
- Government benefits after 3 months or earlier pending submission of documents.
- Certification of previous employment
- House Sketch
- Letter from landlord
- Medical certificate of fit for work, as needed
