Job Descriptions:
· Shall plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
· Shall research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
· Shall increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
· Shall find and develop new markets and improving sales.
· Shall attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Shall saturate and do fieldwork designated areas to close merchants.
· Shall develop quotes and proposals for clients.
· Shall develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
· Shall train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

· Impeccable customer service skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
· Motivated, driven attitude
· Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
· Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
· Expert in time management
· Organized work ethic
· Proven track record in sales environment
· Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
· Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers.
Salary Package:
Proposed Monthly Compensation:
PHP 20,000 BASIC + LOAD ALLOWANCE + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE DEPENDING ON AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
