Job Description:
Manage sales operations, including order processing, customer service, and inventory management.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and other data to inform decision-making.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations and customer service.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
