1. Assist the Sales Executives in monitoring all transactions for the day seeing to it that they are timely and properly addressed.
2. Maintain organized client contact information
3. Track order/delivery documents
4. Provide a safe and welcoming environment to visitors and customers of all abilities/experience
5. Monitor accounts to ensure details/orders are up to date
6. Collect payments
7. Provide supporting documentation for audits
8. Assist in verifying accounting records
9. Review and verify orders/requests
II. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
III. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education : Graduate of business course or any related field
Experience : Preferably with at least 1 year experience
Other Skills : Advanced computer skills
High attention to details and excellent analytical skills
