Position: Motorist
Job Description
As Motorist your main responsibility is to saturate the area of assignment. You are responsible to endorse products to the small stores by demonstration of the products that can be added to stores displays. You are responsible to ensure that all stores in the area of assignment avail the products.
You will be directly reporting to the Motorist Team Leader. You are obliged to follow the basic call procedure. As Motorist, the periodically submission of daily sales report is required for daily reference on the profitability of the area and its possible growth. You are in charge on the negotiation for growth of the area and turn over the area to Exclusive Booking Officer once growth is establish for further assistance.
Required Skills

Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Result orientated. (Reaching the targets and objectives set for your area)
Collecting customer feedback and market research
Desired Qualifications:
At least 1 to 2 years working experience of same position in a retail or distribution company
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Participating on meeting
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Self-motivated and driven
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Education
College level/Graduate of any business related courses or equivalent
