SALES & MARKETING STAFF
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creating awareness of, developing, and maintaining a good image for the Company
Overseeing and developing marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns
Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Advertising/Media, or any related field
Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office software
Knowledge in using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere is an advantage
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer-facing skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
The ability to think strategically, Influencing and negotiation skills
Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online
Creativity and an eye for detail
Drive and self-motivation
The ability to work well under pressure Teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
