Job Description
A Sales Marketing Executive,Create sales leads by researching, identifying, and contacting prospective customers. Maintain sales databases to track progress against quotas and to forecast sales accurately. Develop and implement marketing campaigns, including print/digital/social media, to grow sales.This individual will be someone who like dealing with ambiguity, change, and enjoys getting into the details to drive improvements every day.

Our team is starting and will significantly grow thus, we are ambitious to reach the growth targets for the coming years.
You will be required to fulfill sales of products and be part of the processing and delivery team.
Responsibilities
Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance, attractiveness and organize of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Supporting the Store Operation Manager in completing tasks and activities
Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company's website and social media pages, thru strategic marketing.
Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools
Sourcing advertisement opportunities in Social Media or TV for products or service
Lead hands on sourcing of market target to attract customers
Managing the marketing database and email distribution
Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters and posters, advertisement. products promotions, sales
Monitoring activities and competitors to take a lead for the company.
Food and retailing FMCG selling is appropriate and advantage
Familiarity of E Commerce online selling.
Qualifications
High school education with experience or Bachelor degree graduate
2+ years store management experience in SALES Marketing
Customer centric with a positive attitude
