Description
Job Functions:
• Oversee, manage, process, and analyze marketing and advertising / promotional demands of
condominium selling.
• Prepare and implement marketing / advertising / promotional plans and strategies.
• Create or source out content and materials for effective marketing of condominiums.
• Collaborates with owners, other sales / marketing agents or agencies to successfully market and sell
condominium units and commercial spaces.
• Reports and analyze results of marketing / sales / promotional plans and strategies to the top
management.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a College Graduate, preferably with Master's Degree.
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and promotions of Condominiums.
• With Vast experience in various marketing mediums such as social media, internet content, print
media, etc.
