DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring and ensuring prompt collection of accounts under their assigned area.
Promotion of all products carried by the Company
Booking of orders made by clients
Monitoring the trend of ordering by clients
Monitoring inventory levels are sufficient and accurate
Maintaining and developing good relations with clients
Servicing clients from other areas
Timely submission of Sales Reports, Expense Reports, and Collection Reports, as well as other information requested by Head Office or Management
CRITICAL SKILLS OR COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
Pleasing personality, team player, trustworthy and reliable;
Must be able to show initiative
Computer literacy in MS Office, Google Drive, and Docs
Willing to be trained
