Job Requirements:
• Responsible for the achievement of group sales target.
• Management of Sales Engineers.
• Develops operating plans and objectives in accordance with the set sales strategies and targets.
• Organizes and plans sales strategies to generate targeted sales.
• Reviews selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
• Oversees promotional and advertising activities as part of the group sales program.
• Communicates and maintains sound public relations with customers and suppliers.
• Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover existing and potential customers.
• Ensures adequate training of sales personnel.
• Coordinates with other departments in connection with credit and collection problems.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course.
• With familiarity with the hospitality industry and of the food service industry.
• Sales experience in food service and laundry equipment is preferred.
• Can prepare sales quotes with amounts.
• With good interpersonal skills and strong selling and marketing skills.
• Must be very patient and able to adjust to the organizational cultures of the key corporate accounts.
• Expected to interact with foreign suppliers / principals.
