QUALIFICATIONS:
o Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
o Preferably with extensive sales experience up to supervisory level managing a sales team and handling retail accounts (preferably in furniture industry)
o Must have the skills in business planning, development and management
o With analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
o Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and delegation of targets
o Must be willing to do saturation to open new accounts to drive sales quota
o With excellent oral and written communication skills
o Availability to work a variety of hours on assigned shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
o Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
