We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and expanding our glass and aluminum products and services. The ideal candidate is experienced in the construction industry, skilled in building strong client relationships, and capable of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, architectural, and contractor markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and project managers.
Coordinate with the Technical, Project Management, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
Represent the company in client meetings, trade events, and site visits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the construction or building materials industry (glass and aluminum experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, project bidding, and materials specification is an advantage.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
With a valid driver's license and willing to travel as needed.
