QUALIFICATION
 
Education and/or Experience: 
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline and/or equivalent combination of knowledge, skills and abilities.
Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in sales management role within the concrete industry.
A good to thorough understanding of quality control processes and guidelines and specifications regarding concrete construction.
High standard of ethics, integrity, and trust.
Multitasking, versatile, organized & confident personality.
Energetic and passionate person with outgoing personality

Analysis & problem solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall business development processes as well as business management not limited to branding, communication, sales and marketing
Develop business for specific clients assigned by the management to make EIKON the preferred supplier to their project.
Responsible to collecting Payments to clients.
Oversight for daily operations, including dispatch & delivery, quality control, and strong customer service.
Drive sales performance through continuous improvement initiatives that meet or exceed company goals.
Establish overall sales direction, set pricing goals on every day accounts, tactical guidance on commercial bid projects, and hands on involvement with key account management.
Provide leadership and oversight of sales and marketing efforts resulting in maximum product sales, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and driving maximum profitability.
Provide advice and support to team during the job bidding process.
Achieve monthly volume of 5,000 cubic meter.
To produce volume per department quota.
To collect (85% of the total sales per month)
Achieve a satisfactory level of business development within the specified client base.
Work with Organization to establish long-range goals
Build effective teams and develop direct reports for future opportunities.
