Job Description:
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and present findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the furniture industry or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and create sales strategies.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
