JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring attainment of Vehicle Sales Department's goals and sales targets by managing and maximizing available resources.
Responsibilities
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Set individual sales targets with the sales team
Promote the organization and the brand
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent
With substantial experience in dealership sales from identifying prospective clients to sustaining relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume
With strong understanding of business development, client management and performance management
Excellent communication skills
Good judgment and interpersonal skills
