SALES MANAGER

SUMMARY:
 
The Sales Manager directs and oversees an organization's sales team, processes, and procedures. You will oversee managing organizational sales through building business plans, meeting targets, and collaborating with various departmental teams. You will also be responsible for managing your sales team's activities and performance by tracking sales goals, creating individual sales targets, and facilitating continual salesperson training.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine annual unit and gross profit plans to meet sales targets by applying marketing strategies and analyzing sales trends and results.
Establish sales objectives and new sales initiatives by creating accurate annual sales forecasts and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Assess, manage, develop, coach, and inspire the sales team to constantly expand their product knowledge and skills to maintain a high professional level and meet the monthly sales and KPI targets.
Create a competitive yet collaborative team environment, offer on-the-ground assistance to sales associates as they create leads and close new deals, and ensure targets are met through performance reviews, incentives, and individual recognition
Serve as the internal and external face of the organization and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the organization's customer base.
Build and promote strong and lasting relationships with customers by assessing their evolving needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business Administration/Management, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
2-3 years of sales experience or management experience.
Ability to travel as needed to client sites.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proven knowledge of CRM Systems.
Excellent active listening, analytical, sales planning, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
