Responsibilities:
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for Region I and CAR (Cordillera Administrative Region) area; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Meeting planned sales goals, compare performance to goals, adjust goals as needed, and report results as necessary.
Maintains product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Coordinate with marketing team on lead generation.
Develop and set individual sales targets and assign area of responsibilities to team members.
Assess and oversee the team's processes and procedures, activities, performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, preferably resident of La Union or Pangasinan.
BSBA Management or any business related course.
Proven experience as Sales Manager; at least 3-5 years of related experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
Excellent leadership skills.
Willing to travel and handle the area of Region I and CAR.
