SUMMARY
Responsible for managing the assigned brand's showroom and for responding to the customer's queries and needs until the fulfilment of their orders.
DUTIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE
-Manages the assigned brand's showroom and attends to clients visiting the store.
-Greets customers and answers their queries.
-Thoroughly checks and responds to all customer queries in assigned brand's online platforms and text messages.
SALES
-Inputs daily sales report to the system and oversee the proper inventory of the store.
-Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available options with customers.
-Makes sure to fulfil all customers' orders from inquiry, order process, delivery, and installation.
-Works diligently to reach the monthly sales quota.
-Must be able to present well the assigned brand to them.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder preferably in business, marketing, hospitality, or any related course.
-With experience in sales and customer service is a huge plus.
-Must be sharp and is keen on details.
-Must be adept in using MS Word and MS Excel.
-With a good command in speaking and in conversing with clients.
