Responsibilities:
1) Direct or manage the department operational activity such as purchasing, supplier management, production, and capacity balancing (sub-contractor), inventory management, delivery & logistic.
2) Manage sales budget and target, to limit costs and improve operations efficiency, customer service.
3) Examine existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet product delivery needs and people management.
4) Participate in sales and marketing of new business development manager of the over-all operation of the department under EMS
5) Work with the General Manager to define and execute strategic initiatives and strategic customer relationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 5 years have solid working experience in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Service) or electronics companies
Special Skills: Knowledgeable in PEZA regulations
Strong business acumen or a strong drive in sales/marketing
Intermediate proficiency PC skills with Microsoft PC based (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to understand a customer needs and to probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer; effective presentation skills
