Description
One of the industry's leading air-conditioning providers is looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic team! The successful candidate will supervise the Sales Engineer, Sales Executive and Sales Supervisor.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Reviewing sales records and reports produced by Sales Executives/ Sales Engineer
Handling all dealer sales
Attending clients meetings, conference and trade exhibits
Establishing new business clients by supporting Sales Executives
Carrying out monthly and annual review of targets of Sales Engineers/ Executives.
Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Preferably a Registered Mechanical Engineer
At least 5-10 years solid experience in Sales/ Sales Engineering with background in Air-conditioning or HVAC industry
Experience in People Management
Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays and be based in Taytay Rizal.
