Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the acquisition, maintenance, and sales development of the Visayas and Mindanao region.
Tap and strengthen the airline's partnership with corporate accounts, travel agents, travel & tourism organizations, and other related travel entities.
Conducts market research and sources valuable market information to secure business opportunities and implement market initiatives.
Taps and develops new traffic sources for domestic and outbound markets
Partner with regional tourism representatives of DOT and foreign tourism boards to promote key destinations
Formulates strategies to enhance the revenue contribution of B2B channels while maintaining the goal of digital distribution.
Creates sales strategies and drives initiatives to achieve short and long term distribution and revenue goals.
Recommends innovate schemes and product enhancement to attract and sustain key travel agents and corporate accounts
Basic Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years experience in a Sales Manager role.
Must be at least a Bachelor's degree graduate in any field.
Must be able to speak either the Visayas or Mindanao dialect.
Preferably with experience in Airline or Aviation sales.
Other Qualifications:
Familiarity in airline PSS such as Navitaire New Skies
Adept in data analysis using tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Excellent selling, negotiation & presentation skills
Note: This is a Managerial position based in Cebu and may be on a hybrid work arrangement depending on requirement
