Job Description Managing large accounts and building relationships with key personnel. Maintaining and growing revenue and profits
Taking a proactive approach to account management, developing Strategic Account Plans, and working collaboratively with clients to develop win-win upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Monitoring all existing account orders and requests for proposals and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.
Complies and effectively uses all required Enterprise Sales and methodologies.
Generates a healthy sales pipeline to hit revenue target for the whole year
Delivers compelling sales pitches and presentations
Creates high impact and creative activities via a Project Champion
Handle complaints and problems in a timely and effective manner
Works effectively in groups and manages their assigned work processes. They contribute ideas to the improvement of internal processes and continuously improve their own competence levels by displaying a learning orientation.
Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Monitor sales performance metrics
Ensures a Quality Work output.
