Job Description:
The position will expect a fair knowledge of the HR/Payroll In sourced / Outsourced / SaaS/HRMS market in Philippines.
The position is expected to have a high level understanding of HR/Payroll requirements.
Sound knowledge of statutory compliances, government reporting and standard scope of work in the payroll domain
Understand Competition in Philippines for HR/Payroll services - Outsourced and SaaS Payroll
Map HR/Payroll demand vs supply in the business districts of the country
To market and sell Allsec HR Payroll Services
Provide quantitative analysis of operational and business data to Allsec India
Maintain business relationships with existing clients of Allsec in Philippines
Job Requirement:
Preferably with Masters Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / IT / Computer Science.
Preferably with experience in selling BPO Payroll Services in Philippines.
Tech Savvy / Computer literate with hands-on use of Microsoft Apps / databases.
With excellent analytical skills and has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality.
A go getter, a self starter.
Working Conditions:
