The Sales Manager will lead and manage the Sales Group and be part of the Management Team. He/she will help the company in acquiring/developing new accounts as well as maintaining existing relationships.
He / she will help the company to increase revenue growth targets by keeping the company innovative and competitive.
Will do:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading/managing and motivating the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic sales programs and business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence vis a vis balancing the cost to company.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales group personnel
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Research on possible new clients, sectors, industries, or products to expand our sales into
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
- Knows projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Oversees, and monitors the progress of sales team in hitting # of new leads, sales calls and other sales related KPIs.
- Supervises the sales process (from scouting leads, screening potential clients, conducting sales call, delivery execution, resolving client complaints) on the sales side
- Coordinates w/ sister companies’ of Turnberry on Cross Selling; & monitors the same.
- Design and documents Turnberry’s Sales Book.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of Turnberry’s Website.
- Supervises timely collection (Accounts receivables).

- Inventory Management – ensure sufficient allocations for orders and deliveries.
Qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years managerial experience in a similar role and/or handling a sales team.
Similar Sales Management experience in distribution and market of raw materials (ingredients and additives) for different industry’s needs (i.e., FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, etc.)
Strong command in English written and communication skills.
Keen to details
Proficient in the use of computer applications necessary for the delivery of tasks. Competent with basicmath (forecasting, %, subtraction, addition, division/ ratio to compute sales related KPIs).
Willing to travel or do field work
Must value diversity of members of the team
