JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects. Will also take the lead on managing relationships with high profile accounts and mentoring the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any field.
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in IT industry for at least 7 years.
Must have handled a sales team with at least 5 members.
Must have strong history in sales and superior in analytical skills.
Must have good understanding in customer needs
Must have excellent communication skills.
We need someone who is well versed in selling Infrastructure solutions like Data Consolidation, Network and Security and Consolidation. Some of the brands he should be familiar are Nutanix, Sangfor, Cisco, VMware.
