Qualification:
• Male or Female
• Must have a Bachelor's/Post-graduate degree in Business Administration,
Operations Management, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales -
Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
• Has proven extensive sales experience preferably engaged to Engineering
Services / Solutions or in a similar field of work or industry.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the field of technical sales or with the same field
or industry or engineering service (Power-Gen, Oil & Gas)
• Must have strong connections with Industry engaged to Power Generation, Oil &
Gas, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, and the like.
• Must have the skills in business planning, development, and management.
• With analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Demonstrates strong leadership in managing teams and delegation of targets.
• Must be willing to do saturation to open new accounts to driving sales quota.
• With excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Driving skills and possession of a driver's license is an advantage.
