- Acts as customer representative.
- Sees to it that all sales activities are being done properly.
- Sees to it that goals and objectives are met.
- Follows up Sales requirement of customer.
- Visit customers every week to keep track on their requirement.
- Sees to it that sales target are met.
- Analyzes and makes corrective action for not meeting the sales target.
- Supervises the staff of Sales Department.
- Appraises and Reviews performance of Sales Staff.
- Submits monthly sales report every 5th day of the month.
- Coordinates with QA on quality issues.
- Coordinates with production planner regarding inventory status.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 7
Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Sales Management
