To ensure complete number of PS at all times
To set sales goals for Property Investment Consultants and ensure activation of all team members
To conduct regular coaching, training, caddying and revalida to Property Investment Consultants
To ensure timely cascade of all relevant company communication e.g. memorandum, circulars, updates, etc
To make sure that all company policies and circulars are strictly implemented
To create quality sales activities to increase lead generation
To foster harmonious relationship within the team
To reward and boost team morale
To submit weekly sales funnel to the sales director
College graduate of any course
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate is required
Experience in handling different kinds of people
At least 50% of sales production vs quota
Proficient in oral and written communication both in English and Filipino
Good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of personalities
Excellent customer service skills
Presentation Skills
Must be willing to work onsite.
