Sales Manager - Philippines
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales in China, this position will be working remotely in the Philippines as an individual contributor. This person must have a drive to succeed beyond expectation, someone who can work independently and effectively communicate at all levels.
Sales expert with successful track record in selling tires solutions to a developing market. Someone who possesses strong business acumen who can control a situation by causing something to happen rather than waiting to respond to it after it happens.
Mainly responsible for extending one of the in-house brands that the company manufactures and distributes to the Philippines market with products for the segments of light commercial vehicles, SUVs, agricultural, industrial and cargo.
The most suitable candidate will be a dynamic sales professional with personal initiatives and leadership skills to deliver results in a highly competitive market place. It is essential that this person has a strong background in sales and business development in the Automotive industry in the Philippines.
This is a new role in the region hence it is essential for this position to have solid experience in performing end-to-end sales cycle. Achieve growth expectations through acquisitions of companies/products and generate new business opportunities scouting and scouting for opportunities at a local level.
