The opportunity
The Sales Manager - Partnership will have a direct reporting line to Manulife Partnership Distribution and will pursue targets as agreed by and between Manulife and Partnership Distribution Bank Partners. The position is responsible for promoting the referral program, driving sales and maintaining strong business relationships.
Responsibilities
Deliver his/her required Sales APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
Conduct Manulife product presentations to Premier Relationship Managers and their Premier High Net worth clients.
Establish and manage strong relationships with bank partners.
Oversee all other administrative and servicing related tasks to ensure customer fulfillment.

What we are looking for
Excellent knowledge on Insurance and Wealth Sales is an advantage
Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role
Hands-on experience with direct Sales to clients
Thorough understanding of Product marketing and efficient presentation
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
