Position Details:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized online Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. Your primary goal will be to develop the sales pipeline by targeting prospects that are using the types of services and products that you offer.
Sales Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate prospective leads digital appointments with the senior sales team
Report on all sales leads
Research and analyze your target (both individual and market)
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written is a must (with an emphasis on English speaking ability)
Demonstrated and proven sales results
Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Prior experience with Salesforce or Salesloft is a plus
Focused on customer service
Persuasive and goal-oriented
In-depth understanding of company products and its position in the market
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Working Conditions:
The work schedule is graveyard time Philippines, working for a California based Sales company in the technology and telecom space.
