Job Description · Responsible for the management and direction of the sales team in the acquisition of new sales and expansion of the business, including the product portfolio with the existing clients;
· Responsible for meeting the revenue objectives generated from managing the sales teams to deliver the required output in their respective area of assignment;
· Responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, new acquisitions and based account management. Must be able to meet or exceed the revenue objectives of the project;
· Able to build a strong book of sales business from the ground up; strategizes plans for the sales team growth and development including account and activity planning and development;
· Must be able to manage the execution of all aspects of the selling process effectively including cold calling, face to face meetings, networking, presentations, proposal creation and closing business;
· Effectively coordinates with the Operations teams with the intention of closing sales and generating significant income;
· Must be able to hire, coach, train and mentor high performance sales teams;
· Motivates his sales teams (Team Leaders and Sales Executives) effectively. Drives the team's performance. Regularly conducts meetings to discuss team's performance and productivity; and communicates well with the team members for necessary improvement. If necessary, closely coordinates with HR for endorsement of high risk talents (non-performers, attendance issues, attitude problems) that may affect the sales operations;
· To conduct monthly performance evaluation of the team;
· Works together with the Senior Sales Manager and the Sales Management team to fully implement effective sales operations.
Job Qualifications · Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year Business Course
· No gender required
· With years of working experience as Sales Manager in Tel Co
· With good Managerial Skills
· Can start immediately
· Currently residing or nearby in San Pablo/Calauan Laguna
